Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by
example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the
lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust,

people. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to
health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full
compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Guide our
teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging

learning experience at TLE. Engage prospective families through
both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the

Have two or more years of management experience (highly preferred)
or at least one year of center leadership/management experience
(required). Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director
credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the
role. Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and
