Assistant Director What you bring as a Team Member: The position of Assistant Director requires comprehensive knowledge of licensing requirements as well as the ability to help manage multiple classrooms. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families and team members is essential. Assistant Director’s lead a team of teachers in classroom management and assist the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, and facility and supplies management and ordering.
