Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1 years
Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Teacher specializing in Deaf
and Hard of Hearing (DHH) education to support a high school
student in the Atlanta area. The role requires a certified educator
with a focus on American Sign Language (ASL) instruction to help a
student meet ASL II graduation requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction in deaf and hard of hearing
education tailored to one high school student. Deliver ASL II
curriculum and support needed for the student to meet graduation
standards. Collaborate with school staff and family members to
create an effective learning environment. Track and report on
student progress throughout the contract term. Qualifications and
Experience: Active Georgia Department of Education certification in
teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. Experience working with
high school students in a DHH setting, ideally with ASL II
curriculum. Strong communication skills and ability to work
individually with students. Flexibility to coordinate hours based
on student needs. Position Details: Location: Atlanta area, GA.
Duration: Contract starting March 17, 2026, ending May 22, 2026.
Caseload: One high school student. Hours: To be determined relative
to students schedule. Employment type: Contract, continuous school
