Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
School Psychologist position is available within an elementary
school setting in the Chattanooga area, serving kindergarten
through fifth grade students. This contract role runs from January
5, 2026, through May 21, 2026, and requires on-site work with no
remote or hybrid options. The schedule is full-time, totaling 37.5
hours per week, with no part-time opportunities. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
for elementary-aged students (K-5). - Participate actively in
Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. - Develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to
student needs. - Design and monitor behavior intervention plans. -
Manage a variable caseload across multiple school sites within the
district, requiring minor travel between locations. Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee Department of Education certification as a School
Psychologist. - Experience is welcomed across all levels, from
entry-level to veteran professionals. - Strong skills in
psychoeducational assessments and intervention planning. -
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working
with educators, parents, and administrators. - Commitment to
working full-time and on-site throughout the contract duration.
