Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams, a respected global leader in the paint and
coatings industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service
Specialist to provide outstanding support and service to our
diverse customer base. This role is crucial in facilitating
communications and transactions with both English and
Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless experience in
purchasing our top-tier products. The ideal candidate will actively
contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty,
directly impact our success in the retail market, and maintain the
prestige of the Sherwin-Williams brand. Handle customer inquiries
and complaints promptly and effectively in both English and
Spanish. Provide product information and support for customer
decision-making. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
seamlessly. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions,
comments, and complaints. Communicate and coordinate with internal
departments. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer
satisfaction. Manage a large amount of incoming calls with
professionalism. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail. Ability to work comfortably in a
fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
