Completing full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing, adjustments, and customizing using provided equipment. While maintaining a white-glove customer service experience 100% of the time. What do we offer? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site Follow established job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use of essential hand tools and battery-operated tools Must be able to operate a company-provisioned vehicle Must hold a valid driver's license. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor between the estimated hours of 7am-5pm. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years of experience preferred epoxy flooring &/or residential remodeling, construction background Ability to travel as needed Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements: Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions) Physical Requirements Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment Ability to follow all OSHA regulations including wearing a respirator as needed. Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, &/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, &/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
