makes a real impact! Job Summary We are seeking a skilled
Industrial Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have proven experience with industrial electrical
systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance in a
fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Install,
maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of
electrical systems. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and
engineering teams to support manufacturing processes. Ensure
compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and company
policies. Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians as
needed. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license in
Alabama or reciprocating state. Minimum of 4 years experience in
industrial or manufacturing electrical work. Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, controls, motors, PLCs, and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and company policies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred
Qualifications Experience with programmable logic controllers
(PLCs), low voltage, and automation systems. Ability to work
