Wayne Brothers Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving construction company. As a leader in concrete construction and site development, we specialize in delivering top-notch civil and infrastructure solutions using innovative techniques. The Project Manager will oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and implementation. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and construction teams. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Manage project schedules, identify potential delays, and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress and address any issues. Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and expectations. Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to save costs while maintaining quality. Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
