Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Requirements: Education: High
school graduate or related field experience in building
maintenance. Experience: 2 – 5 years of related experience and/or
training, or equivalent combination of education and experience,
Trade school certification. Description: Responsible for but not
limited to all, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Basic Electric.
Perform facility maintenance required for all scheduled and
emergency work orders also be accountable for completed paperwork
and documentation required for each performed work order. Performs
and not limited to: All Building Maintenance functions – Basic
electrical, roof repairs, Floor repairs, Building repairs/
modifications, Spackle & Paint, Carpentry, Equipment repairs and
modifications etc. Exhibits the ability to operate all shop
equipment when training was administered. Understand the basics of
electrical / electronic theory.
