What You Can Expect

As a data entry specialist, you will be working closely with all office staff and generating sales work orders in the accounting system. Although these ar a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same!

* Communicate daily with builders and office staff
* Enter job work orders into the System
* Track payments
* Responsible for data entry of AR and balancing account receivables
* Type various memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
* Miscellaneous office duties including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, processing ingoing/outgoing mail

To Be Successful

* 1 year of previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* High School Diploma or GED

For Your Safety

* Lift light to moderate weight
* Sit for extended periods of time
* Use a computer
