Responsibilities of the Corporate Controller: Oversee daily
corporate accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate
reporting across all financial activities. Prepare and review
financial statements and reports; analyze performance, identify
trends, and communicate insights to leadership. Manage the general
ledger and ensure full compliance with GAAP and regulatory
standards. Lead the development and implementation of robust
accounting policies and procedures. Supervise tax preparation and
ensure ongoing compliance with all tax obligations. Oversee
partnership accounting, capital accounts, allocations, and
consolidation processes. Leverage Oracle systems for financial
reporting, modeling, and performance tracking. Coordinate with
offshore teams to maintain operational excellence and process
efficiency. Support audits and serve as the primary liaison with
external auditors. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to
align financial operations with business objectives. Mentor and
develop accounting team members, fostering a high-performance and
integrity-driven culture. Qualifications for the Corporate
Controller: CPA certification is required. 12-15 years of corporate
accounting experience, must have experience in asset management or
financial services. Expertise in Oracle and advanced accounting
software systems. Strong background in partnership accounting and
financial consolidations. Demonstrated success managing offshore
accounting teams. Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and
internal controls. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and
leadership skills. Ability to communicate complex financial data to
