Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with managing the company's Financial and SEC reporting (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) including footnotes and MD&A.
• Helping manage the SEC reporting calendar, including coordination with external auditors and senior management
• Supporting the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors as well as testing and documentation around internal controls.
• Ensuring compliance and review of SOX reporting and documentation.
• Reviewing the monthly and quarterly income statement, balance sheet analysis, and management reports.
• Assisting in researching accounting guidance to ensure proper application of new accounting pronouncements (i.e. ASC 606 and 842) and drafting technical memos.
• Participating in ad hoc projects as needed.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CPA license a plus
  • Blend of public/private experience, Big 4 CPA preferred
  • 3-4 years of related experience in SEC and financial reporting
  • Solid US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606 and 842
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with Workiva or similar SEC reporting/tagging tools preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
