Job Description:
The IT imaging Technician is responsible for deployment,
management and tracking of IT equipment and software for a 1000+
employee company. The technician will employ excellent customer
service and communication skills via verbal and written
communication. Technician will be tasked with performing a wide
range of activities including but not limited to processing
employee onboardings & departures, Hardware refreshes and asset
management; asset management will be a key responsibility. He or
She must be able to install and support a wide range of IT hardware
and software applications.
This individual will report to the IT Services Manager and the
Director of IT.
Must have excellent organizational skills and task prioritization,
excellent customer service and attitude and be a self-starter.
Help Desk support personnel at Mesa are directly responsible for
resolving end user issues relating to peripherals, hardware and
software. He or she will be responsible for PC based hardware and
the total support thereof. They will need to understand and utilize
Mesa assigned software for the tracking and maintenance of all Mesa
owned software and hardware. There will be times where the IT
imaging technician will be called upon to assist End User support
personnel outside of their normal work environment.
